William Tuttle
An Academy Award winning makeup artist from the 1940's to 1980's, William Tuttle was the head of MGM's makeup department for over 30 years, renowned for his work on films such as Singing in the Rain and The Wizard of Oz.
After leaving MGM, he created Custom Color Cosmetics and introduced his versatile creme-based foundation and complexion products.
