  Since 99% IPA evaporates quickly, it’s best used in controlled amounts and sometimes diluted (e.g., 70% for prolonged working time).  

• The uses

  Lace Front & Adhesive Removal – Effectively breaks down wig glue and tape without leaving residue.

  Cleaning Wig Caps & Lace – Used to remove makeup, oils, and adhesives from lace wigs and wig caps.

  Styling Synthetic Hair – When diluted, it can be used to reset synthetic fibers and remove built-up product.

  Alcohol-Activated Paints – Used to activate alcohol-based makeup palettes (e.g., Skin Illustrator, Reel Creations) for realistic skin effects, tattoos, or prosthetics.

  Blending & Fixing Makeup – Helps blend edges of prosthetics and airbrush makeup for a more natural finish.

  Cleaning Airbrush Equipment & Brushes – Dissolves alcohol-based pigments without damaging delicate tools.

  Removing Prosthetics & Adhesives – Breaks down strong adhesives used for SFX makeup, including Pros-Aide and Spirit Gum.
