They also work in both men's and women's shoes. Trim with scissors (if needed).
To use Sneaker Shields, loosen your laces and remove the insole.
Then, slide the insert all way into the shoe.
Reinsert the insole and then lock the insert in place.
Please note: the Sneaker Shields are marked with a "left" and a "right" on the underside of each insert.
